  5. This program is shareware; please see included 'info' file and orderfrm.

  7. WE RECOMMEND YOU USE THE DIRECTORY "eatwell".

  9. IF YOU HAVE THE COMPRESSED 'FOODSM.EXE' COMPRESSED FILE:
  10. You extract the program and files to any disk which is larger than 
  11. 720K (i.e. hard drive, any 3.5 disk, or a high density 5.25 disk) via 
  12. 'foodsm X:\DIRECTORY' where X is the drive letter and DIRECTORY is an
  13. optional directory.   If you run out of room, make room and install again.
  14. To install to the current directory where foodsm.exe is, enter 'foodsm'.
  15. To install from a diskette in your a: drive to your hard drive, enter
  16. 'a:foodsm c:\eatwell'.  To install from a diskette to another diskette, 
  17. enter 'a:foodsm b:\'.

  19. IF YOU HAVE THE PROGRAMS ALREADY UNCOMPRESSED ON A DISK:
  20. You start the program by changing to the directory (e.g. cd c:\eatwell or
  21. the disk drive e.g. type "a:" <Press Enter>) where you extracted the files
  22. to.  Then type "eatwell" and press enter; the screens guide you easily
